Shipping Your Online Order
Shipping Charges (D&P)
The Shipping charge comprises the costs for order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling for online and telephone orders. Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with special requests. Shipments and deliveries will occur only on weekdays. Our shipping charges may be subject to change and will be determined upon purchase. All orders that have been purchased and confirmed for shipment are shipped under the approval of the customer, therefore if package is returned to sender based on customers absence it will be subject for redelivery paid for by the customer. International and special request charges may be altered however after point of sale. For further information on International Shipping, please see International Shipping below.
Ground ShippingGround Shipping has an expected delivery within approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EDT).
Express ShippingExpress Shipping has an expected delivery of 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EDT). Please note overnight orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon (EDT) or on Saturday will be processed the following Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Super Express ShippingSuper Express Shipping should arrive the following business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EDT). Please note overnight orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon (EDT) or on Saturday will be processed the following Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Standard Shipping (Canada)Standard Shipping should arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EDT). Please note that pricing may be altered after transaction is completed based off of product value. kicokids.com will call or email with updated information in these cases.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase within 30 days of receipt.No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days unless verified via e-mail. All sale items are final sale unless otherwise approved via email confirmation.
On the front of your packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason for return. All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition. Any worn, washed, or damaged items may not be returned. If product is damaged upon arrival, please specify the issue along with an e-mail to verify the return. Any kicokids product purchased outside of kicokids.com is not liable for return through kicokids. Please contact your retailer of purchase in regards to your return.
With any return enclose your packing slip (or a photocopy) with the item and ship it, prepaid and insured, to:

Prices are subject to change. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing, but despite best efforts, pricing errors may occur.
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Order cancellation
You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "OPEN." If the order status is "CLOSED," (i.e. already shipped), it cannot be cancelled. Please call 1-212-675-5426 to determine your order status and to cancel it. Please make sure you have your order number ready.
